Das Gewinnspiel besteht aus einer Verlosung. Sie startet am Montag, den 22.6.2026 um 18 Uhr und endet am darauffolgenden Montag, 29.6.2026 um 12 Uhr.

Verlost werden drei Bilder aus der Ausstellung „Kindheit im Ruhrgebiet“.

Die Teilnahme erfolgt über das Kommentieren des Posts auf Facebook und/oder Instagram. Kommentare, die gegen die Facebook-/Instagram-Richtlinien, deutsches Recht und/oder das Copyright verstoßen, werden nach Kenntnisnahme ohne Ankündigung entfernt. Der/die Teilnehmer:in ist damit von der Verlosung ausgeschlossen.

Teilnahmeberechtigt sind volljährige Personen ab 18 Jahren mit einer Adresse in Deutschland, da der Versand ausschließlich innerhalb Deutschlands erfolgt. Mitarbeitende der Stiftung Zollverein und der Stiftung Ruhr Museum sind nicht teilnahmeberechtigt.

Die Gewinner:innen werden nach Gewinnspiel-Ende nach dem Zufallsprinzip ermittelt. Die Gewinner:innen werden über die Facebook-/Instagram-Kommentarfunktion des Facebook-/Instagram-Posts mit ihrem Facebook-/Instagram-Namen am Folgetag der Verlosung informiert. Jede:r Gewinner:in muss sich innerhalb von 10 Werktagen per E-Mail an presse@ruhrmuseum.de oder über eine private Nachricht an das Ruhr Museum auf der Facebook-/Instagram-Seite mit seinen/ihren Adressdaten melden. Meldet sich ein:e Gewinner:in nicht innerhalb dieser Frist, entfällt der Gewinn.

Es werden alle Facebook-/Instagram-Namen der Gewinner:innen erfasst und zur Gewinnermittlung gespeichert. Alle Daten werden spätestens 30 Tage nach Ende des Gewinnspiels gelöscht, die Likes und Kommentare auf Facebook bleiben allerdings bestehen und sind weiterhin öffentlich einsehbar. Adressdaten werden nur von den Gewinner:innen erfasst und nur zum Versand des Gewinns genutzt. Den Teilnehmenden stehen gesetzliche Auskunfts-, Änderungs- und Widerrufsrechte zu.

Das Gewinnspiel wird nicht von Facebook/Instagram gesponsert oder unterstützt.

Der Rechtsweg und die Barauszahlung des Gewinns sind ausgeschlossen.

Datenschutzhinweise im Falle eines Gewinns

Im Falle eines Gewinns werden Sie als Teilnehmer:in aufgefordert, Ihren Namen und Anschrift der Stiftung Ruhr Museum zu übermitteln. Mit der Zusendung der Daten erklären Sie Ihr Einverständnis zur Erfassung Ihrer Daten im Rahmen des Gewinnspiels.

Sollten Sie mit der Datenerfassung nicht einverstanden sein, dürfen wir Ihnen die Teilnahme und Gewinn nicht gewähren!

Ihre persönlichen Daten werden vertraulich behandelt und ausschließlich zum Zwecke der Zusendung Ihres Gewinns verwendet. Die Verwendung Ihrer Daten für eigene Zwecke oder Dienstleistungen, insbesondere Werbung, ist ausgeschlossen. Die erfassten Daten werden bei uns abgelegt. Der Kreis der Zugriffsberechtigten und die Zugriffsmöglichkeiten auf die Daten werden auf das notwendige Minimum beschränkt. Diese Daten werden nach dem Versand des Gewinns gelöscht.

Ihnen stehen sämtliche Betroffenenrechte nach Art. 15 ff. DSGVO, insbesondere Auskunft, Löschung, Berichtigung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung zu. Insbesondere im Fall einer Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten zur Wahrnehmung berechtigter Interessen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO), können Sie der Verarbeitung der Sie betreffenden personenbezogenen Daten jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft gemäß Art. 21 Abs. 1 DSGVO widersprechen. Conditions of participation and data protection information for the competition on Facebook and Instagram about ‘Childhood in the Ruhr Region’

The competition consists of a prize draw. It begins on Monday 22 June 2026 at 6 pm and ends the following Monday 29 June 2026 at 12 noon.

Three photographs from the exhibition ‘Childhood in the Ruhr Region’ will be given away.

To enter, simply comment on the post on Facebook and/or Instagram. Comments that breach Facebook/Instagram guidelines, German law and/or copyright will be removed without notice as soon as they are identified. The participant will then be excluded from the prize draw.

Eligibility is restricted to adults aged 18 and over with an address in Germany, as prizes will only be posted within Germany. Employees of the Zollverein Foundation and the Ruhr Museum Foundation are not eligible to enter.

The winners will be chosen at random after the end of the competition.

The winners will be informed via the Facebook/Instagram comment function of the Facebook/Instagram post with their Facebook/Instagram name on the day following the prize draw. Each winner must contact the Ruhr Museum within 10 working days via email to presse@ruhrmuseum.de or via a private message to the Ruhr Museum on the Facebook/Instagram page with their address details. If a winner does not contact us within this period, the prize will be forfeited.

All Facebook/Instagram names of the winners will be recorded and stored to determine the prize. All data will be deleted 30 days after the end of the competition at the latest, but the likes and comments on Facebook will remain and will still be publicly visible. Address data will only be collected from the winners and will only be used to send the prize. Participants have legal rights of access, modification and revocation.

The competition is not sponsored or supported by Facebook/Instagram.

Legal recourse and cash payment of the prize are excluded.

Data protection information in the event of a win

In the event of a win, participants will be asked to send their name and address to the Ruhr Museum Foundation. By sending the data, you declare your consent to the collection of your data within the framework of the competition.

If you do not agree to the collection of your data, we may not grant you the right to participate and to win.

Your personal data will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for the purpose of sending you your prize. The use of your data for our own purposes or services, in particular advertising, is excluded. The data collected will be stored by us. The circle of authorised persons and the access possibilities to the data will be limited to the necessary minimum. This data will be deleted after the prize has been sent.

You are entitled to all data subject rights according to Art. 15 ff. DSGVO, in particular information, deletion, correction and restriction of processing.
